The Church is the Body of Christ. Each person is a member of that body, brought together in Christ to help one another reach maturity in the faith. When each member gives him or herself to the other members of the Church, the Body of Christ grows healthy and strong.
God is constantly at work in our lives and our church. He invites us to enjoy the fruit of his work by participating in that work with him.
Sometimes our lives need a tune up, just like our vehicles. Our daily responsibilities have a way of throwing us off balance. That’s why it’s important to schedule regular maintenance on our lives. One of the best ways to get the most out of life is to regularly fine-tune it with wisdom.
Life can be unpredictable. Sometimes that means unexpected blessings; other times it means unexpected tragedies. We can’t always choose our circumstances but we can choose the way we respond to those circumstances. Wisdom, when intentionally pursued, can help us turn sour misfortunes into sweet blessings.
