Many of us struggle with God’s hand in our life circumstances at one time or another. It can be so difficult to make sense of what God is doing, yet as we wrestle with him in such times, we can rest assured that he is both at work in our circumstances and in us.
The Christian life is a call to the same radical, others focused, self-sacrificing love that Jesus demonstrated for us on the cross. It is the kind of love that will go out of its way to seek the well-being of another person, even if it’s inconvenient and undeserved.
