Summary
We need to be a people that stay Spiritually Fit, by Training for distractions. We can easily be distracted, withdraw from community, and harden our hearts toward the gospel. Spiritual Training by having a daily routine of Prayer, Reading the Word, and Healthy Fellowship keep us strong when distractions come.
