Sex: God, Gross, or Gift? from Trevor Nashleanas on Vimeo.

This is the second sermon in a four part sermon series entitled “Sex, Singleness, & Marriage.” Whether we like it or not, sex plays a major role in the activities of our daily lives. It is woven into the fabric of our society in such a way that it’s easy for our understanding and view of sex to get distorted. In 1 Corinthians, Paul explains that there are three views of sex. We can view it as god and look to it for meaning and satisfaction, we can view it as gross and avoid even the topic of it or we can view it the way God intends, as a gift to be enjoyed between husband and wife in loving marriage. Our view of sex is important because it reveals much about who we are and what we worship.
