Divisions in the Church

Divisions in the Church from Trevor Nashleanas on Vimeo.

Paul wants to treat the Corinthian Christians as though they are mature in Christ, but their constant division over insignificant issues shows that they are, in fact, immature. In their immaturity, the Corinthian’s are focused on the people who are serving Christ, rather than on Christ himself. In this sermon, Living Hope Location Leader, Trevor Nashleanas teaches that the key to overcoming division is for a church to be mutually submitted to Jesus and collectively participating in his mission. There’s no room for division when a church is focused on Jesus and taking the gospel to those who don’t yet know him.
